Robert was born in Hertfordshire, UK and after studying law at the university of Birmingham qualified as a lawyer before joining the British Army legal service as an officer (Captain).

Further to studying football tactical strategy with coaches from FC Barcelona, he has been advising and assisting emerging talent with the aim of managing them to the same level.
