Partner Southern Africa
Sechaba Penane joined RSS Sport in March 2022 as chief Scout—Africa. He has covered numerous regional and continental tournaments: Western African Union (WAFU) Zone B AFCON U-17 Qualifiers 2024 held in Accra, Ghana, and COSAFA AFCON U-20 Qualifiers 2024 in Maputo. He has also covered the AFCON U-17, U20, and FIFA U-17 and U-20 competitions through digital scouting.
Partner Gambia/Senegal
Ebrima is a highly successful international footballer, with 40 caps for Gambia, and he has played in Norway, Finland, Malta, and of course Gambia over the course of his career.
He intends to use his experience and connections to help talented young Gambian players to also reach their full potential.
Partner Nigeria
Gerald Onuora joined has been working to promote talented players from Nigeria since 2022. He is a physical Educator with a completed course in sports marketing. He worked as a trainer at El Spuron football Academy for 2 years. Gerald holds a bachelor's degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Jos Nigeria with a certificate in Sports Leadership issued by the Federal Ministry of Sports Nigeria.

Following his highly successful international career, winning 39 caps for Malawi, and playing at the top level in South Africa with both Black Leopards and Platinum Stars, Robert is a mentor for emerging talent in Malawi.
